I, am notifying the Financial Aid Office at Beal University that I wish to RESCIND my authorization to decline the following Federal Direct student loans. I accept the following student loans:

Subsidized Loans: Interest is paid by the US Department of Education while you're enrolled at least half time in college. No interest accumulates.
Unsubsidized Loans: Interest begins accruing as soon as the loan is disbursed, including while students are enrolled in school.
Payments begin 6 months after last date of attendance for all loans borrowed: Federal direct subsidized and unsubsidized student loans.
You must be enrolled at least 1/2 time to receive Federal Student Loans.
Pell Grant: A pell grant is a grant the student does not have to repay. There is a limit to the amount of Pell grant that a student can receive based on eligibility.
